What If It Breaks?

Normal wear and tear? No problem. That's on us.
Accident or damage? Let's fix it together.

Our policy:

  • Minor issues (wobbly chair, loose cable): We repair or replace FREE
  • Major damage (broken screen, structural damage): We assess and share repair costs
  • You break it, you bought it? Nope. We're reasonable. Just be honest with us.

How to report issues:

  1. Message us ASAP with photos
  2. We assess the situation
  3. Send replacement if needed (usually next day)
  4. Repair/replacement costs discussed upfront (if applicable)

Returns & Extensions

Returning Equipment

Option 1: We Pick Up (100,000d)

Book a pickup time, we come get it. Same white-glove service in reverse.

Option 2: You Drop Off (FREE)

Return to our location at 164 Duong Tri Trach, An Hai, Son Tra, Da Nang during business hours. We inspect it together, you're done.

Return Process

  1. Schedule pickup or drop-off (message us 1-2 days ahead)
  2. Equipment inspection (we check condition together)
  3. All good? You're done. Receipt sent via email.
  4. Damage found? We discuss costs (photos, explanation, invoice)
  5. Pay any balance due (rare, but fair)

Minimal Deposits

No deposits on desks, chairs, or accessories. Monitors require a small refundable security deposit — fully returned when the equipment comes back in good condition.

Your Responsibilities

Treat It Like Your Own

Use equipment normally. Don't throw chairs, don't spill drinks on keyboards, don't use monitors as frisbees. Common sense stuff.

Keep It Safe

You're responsible for the equipment while it's with you. Lock your doors, don't leave stuff outside. If it gets stolen, we'll work with you on a solution (police report required).

Communicate

Something breaks? Tell us right away. Need to extend? Let us know before your rental ends. Honesty makes everything easier.

Pay On Time

Invoices due on delivery (COD) or within payment terms (bank transfer). Late payments mean we can't serve other customers.


FAQ

How much does it really cost per month?

Premium chair: 841,500d/month (with 15% discount) + 100k delivery = 941,500d total.
Standing desk: Around 1.2M/month + delivery (varies by model).

When will my equipment arrive?

24-48 hours after booking. Rush delivery available — just ask. We'll confirm your exact delivery window before charging you.

What areas do you deliver to?

All of Da Nang city and nearby areas. Hoi An and Hue? Sometimes — ask us. We're expanding coverage.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Only on monitors. Desks, chairs, and accessories have no deposit. Monitors require a small refundable deposit, returned in full when you return the equipment in good condition.

What if I need to extend my rental?

Message us anytime. We extend at the same rate (or better). Super easy.

Can I try before I commit long-term?

Yes! Book the 2-week minimum, test it out. If you love it, extend monthly and save 15%.

What if the equipment arrives damaged?

We replace it immediately, no charge. If we delivered it broken, that's on us.

Do you clean everything before delivery?

Absolutely. Every item is sanitized and tested. We take this seriously.

What happens if I damage something?

Minor stuff? We fix it free. Major damage? We split repair costs fairly. We're not here to gouge you — just keep us in the loop.

Can I return equipment early?

Yes, but no refunds after 7 days. Book the dates you actually need to avoid wasting money.
